arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunisian
courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision
shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any
remaining provisions. This document, when taken together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement
between the parties relating to the subject matter set out therein.
